This is a full body massage that can be used for relaxation or wellness.Areas of concern will be addressed, but in a broad sesne. This treatment is best for prevention and maintenance of soft tissue.

75 Minute Massage - $90

With this session not only will you receive a full body massage, but time is alocated to address any one area of concern. This allows you to get the benefits of a full body massage, along with a concentrated treatment..

90 Minute Massage - $115

With a 90 minute session, you get all the benefits of a full body massage plus a focus session.

Halotherapy

Halotherapy Session - $30

The 20-minute salt session is designed for you to receive the maximum benefits that Dry Salt therapy has to offer using a salt booth. It can be used as a form of respiratory hygiene and to just relax and breathe. This complementary therapy has immune boosting properties. This session is a total time of 20 minutes.

This session is 45 minutes of massage with 15 minutes of Halotherapy

60 min massage and salt - $105

15 minutes of Halotherapy followed by a 60 minutes of massage.

75-minute massage & salt - $115

15 minutes in the salt booth, followed by 75 minutes of massage

Infrared Sauna Therapy

Infrared Sauna Therapy - $30

Using an infrared sauna dome, your bodies core temperature will be increased given you better circulation of blood and lymphatic fluid. This increase in circulation will help to reduce inflammation and pain. Ideally it is good for conditions like arthritis, joint and muscle injuries and pain.

Sauna & 60 min Massage - $105

15 minutes in the sauna will get your muscles ready for 60 minutes of massage.
